6.    LAND USE MATTERS AND REZONING REQUESTS:

       Planned Development/Rezoning Requests

(1)   RZ-11-04, 3505 Camden Highway (County) – First Reading – Request To Rezone A +/- 7.28 Acre Portion Of A 43 Acre Tract Located At 3505 Camden Highway From Residential-9 (R-9) To General Commercial (GC).  The Property Is Represented By Tax Map # 190-00-03-014.

(2)   OA-12-08, Mobile Vendors (County)—First Reading – 12-775 -- Request To Amend Sumter County Zoning Ordinance To Add Mobile Vendors As A Temporary Use In Certain Zoning Districts.

(3)   RZ-12-02, 791 -- Legette Street (County) – Third Reading -- Request To Rezone +/- 0.48 Acres Located At 791 Legette Street And Represented By Tax Map # 203-11-03-006 From Residential-15 (R-15) To Professional Office (PO). 

(4)   RZ-12-03 -- Deschamps (County) – Third Reading -- Request To Rezone +/- 45 Acres Located On The East Side Of Deschamps Road, +/- 100 Feet From The Intersection Of Patriot Parkway And Deschamps Road, From Agricultural Conservation (AC) To Residential-6 (R-6). The Property Is Represented By Tax Map # 184-00-01-010.

7.    OTHER PUBLIC HEARING:

(1)   12-767 -- Ordinance Authorizing The Execution And Delivery Of A Fee Agreement Dated As Of _______________, 2012 By And Between Sumter County, South Carolina And Caterpillar Inc. Providing For A Payment Of A Fee In Lieu Of Taxes And Other Matters Related Thereto. (County Council Will Take Action On Third Reading Immediately After Public Hearing Is Held Or During Old Business.) 

8.    NEW BUSINESS:

(1)   12-774 – First Reading -- An Ordinance To Abandon And Convey An Unnamed Road On Property Of The First Pentecostal Holiness Church On McCrays Mill Road.

(2)   It May Be Necessary To Hold An Executive Session To Discuss A Personnel Matter, Receive A Legal Briefing, Or Discuss A Contractual Matter And Appropriate Actions May Be Required And Taken Thereafter. 

9.    OLD BUSINESS:

(1)   12-771 -- Third Reading -- An Ordinance To Amend The Sumter County Business License Ordinance To Provide For Electronic Gaming And Simulated Gambling Devices.

(2)   12-772—Third Reading -- An Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2012, Or Such Other Appropriate Series Designation, In The Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $6,550,000; Fixing The Form And Details Of The Bonds; Authorizing The County Administrator To Prescribe Certain Details Relating To The Bonds; Providing For The Payment Of The Bonds And The Disposition Of The Proceeds Thereof; Adopting Written Procedures Related To Tax-Exempt Debt And Other Matters Relating Thereto.

(3)   12-773Third Reading -- An Ordinance Authorizing Sumter County, South Carolina, To Enter Into A Lease Purchase Transaction Relating To The Financing Of Various Equipment; Authorizing The Execution And Delivery Of An Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement In An Amount Not To Exceed $1,500,000; And Other Matters Relating Thereto.

(4)   12-767 – Third Reading -- Ordinance Authorizing The Execution And Delivery Of A Fee Agreement Dated As Of _______________, 2012 By And Between Sumter County, South Carolina And Caterpillar Inc. Providing For A Payment Of A Fee In Lieu Of Taxes And Other Matters Related Thereto.

(5)   12-766 – Third Reading -- An Ordinance Authorizing The Transfer Of A Fee In Lieu Of Tax -- Arrangement Between Sumter County, South Carolina And Caterpillar Inc. Under Title 4, Chapter 12 Of The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina (1976), As Amended, To An Arrangement Under Title 12, Chapter 44 Of The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina (1976), As Amended; And Other Matters Related Thereto.
