The Office of Probate Court is responsible for several important activities that all of us may someday need.  These activities include:

• Probate Estate of Deceased Persons.

• Processing forms for Involuntary commitments to institutions for the care and treatment of
  mentally ill; mentally retarded; alcoholics; and drug addiction individuals.

  Set up guardianships and conservatorships for incompentent adults and minors

  who have property valued in excess of $10,000.00.

  Issuance of marriage licenses.
