May Be Imposed; To Provide The Maximum Cost Of The Projects Or Facilities Funded From The
Proceeds Of Such Tax And The Maximum Amount Of Net Proceeds To Be Raised By Such Tax; To
Provide For A County-Wide Referendum And To Prescribe The Contents Of The Ballot Question In
