Non-Compliance; Providing A Means For Attaching And Imposing Liens Upon Real
Property On Which Such Mobile Homes Are Situated; And Other Matters Related Thereto;
By Amending Chapter 11; Article V Of The Sumter County Code Of Ordinances As
Provided Herein.
(2) 99-369 - Third Reading -- An Ordinance Authorizing The Execution And Delivery
Of An Inducement Agreement By And Between Sumter County, South Carolina,
And A Company - Project Swan (The Company), Whereby Under Certain
Conditions Sumter County May (1) Acquire Title To Certain Industrial Property For
Lease To The Company; (2) Covenant In Such Lease Or Enter Into A Separate Form
