        Development Plan, Changing The Designation From Agricultural Conservation To Industrial
        Preservation And Development For Property Located On West Avenue South Off Of Camp Boykin
        Road (Tax Map 116-00-01-003).

(2)	RZ-00-14 - Third Reading - Hoyt Erick Kolb - A Request To Rezone 128 Acres Of Property Located

        Employment, Education, Health, Nutrition, And General Emergency Assistance.

(2)     00-399 - First Reading - An Ordinance Authorizing The Transfer Of
        Property In Exchange Of Property Located In The Airport Road Industrial Park.

(3)	A Resolution In Support of the Implementation of A Empowerment Zone Intergovernmental
        Agreement Between the City of Sumter, South Carolina, the City of Columbia, Richland County,
        South Carolina, and Sumter County, South Carolina.

(4)	Discussion and Possible Action By County Council Concerning the Recent Supreme Court Decision
        Regarding Prayer Before A Football Game In America.

(5)	A Request to Forward To The Planning Commission An Amendment to the Sumter City/County
        Zoning Ordinance 3.d.5 Subparagraph "b", page 39 - Special Development Standards for Manufactured
        Units or Mobile Homes.  (Delete Sentence - the axle, tongue, and wheels must be removed from the unity.)

(6)	It May Be Suggested To Hold Executive Session To Receive A Legal Briefing from the County
        Attorney or Discuss Contractual or Personnel Matters.
