	Planned Development/Rezoning Request -- 

(1)	OA-00-03 (00-392) - Second Reading - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 99-371 Of
        Sumter County, South Carolina (Sometimes Referred To As The Sumter County Comprehensive
        Plan) So As To Provide For Correctional Facilities.  (Public hearing will be held on this item prior to
        action on Second Reading.)

(2)	OA-00-05 (00-393) - Second Reading - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 99-372 Of
        Sumter County, South Carolina, (Sometimes Referred To As The Sumter County Zoning
        Ordinance) So As To Make Correctional Facilities A Permitted Use In The Agricultural
        Conservation (AC) District. (Public hearing will be held on this item prior to action on Second
        Reading.)

(1)	Request for Approval of Sumter County HOME Housing Units.  
 
6.      PUBLIC HEARING 

(1)	OA-00-03 (00-392) - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 99-371 Of Sumter County,
        South Carolina (Sometimes Referred To As The Sumter County Comprehensive Plan) So As To
        Provide For Correctional Facilities.

(2)	OA-00-05 (00-393) - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 99-372 Of Sumter County,
        South Carolina, (Sometimes Referred To As The Sumter County Zoning Ordinance) So As To
        Make Correctional Facilities A Permitted Use In The Agricultural Conservation (AC)
        District.  

(3)	00-390 --- An Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Approximately Eight Acres of City/County Owned
        Land to Sumter Packaging, Inc., the Said Property is Located in Sumter County,
        South Carolina Between Sumter Packaging, Inc., and Sumter Coatings, Inc.  (Third Reading
        will be held at the conclusion of Public Hearing.)

(4)	00-384  - An Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation Bonds Of
        Sumter County, SC, In The Aggregate Principal Amount Of Up To $4,800,000; Fixing The
        Form And Details Of The Bonds.  Authorizing The Chairman Of County Council Or His
        Lawfully Authorized Designee To Determine Certain Matters Relating To The Bonds;
        Proving For The Payment Of The Bonds, And The Disposition Of The Proceeds Thereof;
        And Other Matters Relating Thereto. (Third Reading will be held at the June 13, 2000, meeting of
        Sumter County Council.)

7.      NEW BUSINESS - 
(1)	00-387 - First Reading -- An Ordinance To Address The Problem Of Litter In Sumter
        County, To Be Called The Sumter County Litter Control Ordinance.   

(2)	It May Be Suggested To Hold Executive Session To Receive A Legal Briefing from the
        County Attorney or Discuss Contractual or Personnel Matters. 

8.      OLD BUSINESS
 
 (1)	00-390 --- Third Reading -- Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Approximately Eight Acres
        of City/County Owned Land to Sumter Packaging, Inc., the Said Property is Located in
        Sumter County, South Carolina Between Sumter Packaging, Inc., and Sumter Coatings, Inc.
 
 (2)	00-391 - Second Reading -- An Ordinance To Provide For A Levy Of Taxes For County
        Operational Purposes Of Sumter County, SC, For The Fiscal Year Of Said County Beginning
        July 1, 2000, To Direct The Expenditures Of Said Taxes And Other Revenues Of Said
        County, And To Provide For Other Matters Related Thereto.
