        Property Located At The Northwest And Southwest Corner Of The I-95 And Myrtle Beach
        Highway (Tax Map 339-00-03-008 And 009, 339-00-01-003 And 004) From Rural
        Development District/Agricultural Conservation To General Commercial District.  (Prior to
        action on second reading, Council will hold a public hearing on this matter.)

(2)	RZ-99-34 - Thomas And Theresa Mooneyham - Third Reading - A Request To Rezone
        Property Located At 1978 McCray's Mill Road (Tax Map 206-12-03-011) Behind Safe Federal
        Credit Union From Residential-15 To General Commercial In Order To Develop The
        Property For Commercial Use Or Sell The Property In The Future For Commercial Use.  

(3)	RZ-99-35 - Cecile B. Mooneyham -- Third Reading - A Request To Rezone Property
        Located At 1982 McCray's Mill Road (Tax Map 206-12-03-012) Behind Roger's Florist
        Adjacent To The Property Of Thomas Mooneyham From Residential-15 To General
        Commercial In Order To Commercially Develop Or Market The Property As Commercial.

(1)	Sumter County's 1998-99 Fiscal Year Audit Report.

(2) Recommendation to Return the Authority of the Correctional Center Back To The Sheriff.

(3)	  00-384  -  First Reading -    .Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance And Sale of General
          Obligation Bonds of Sumter County, South Carolina In The Aggregate Principal Amount Of
          Not Exceeding $8,500,000; Fixing The Form And Details Of The Bonds.  Authorizing The
          Chairman Of County Council Or His Lawfully Authorized Designee to Determine Certain
          Matters Relating To The Bonds; Proving For The Payment Of The Bonds, And The
          Disposition Of The Proceeds Thereof; And Other Matters Relating Thereto.

(4)	It May Be Suggested To Hold Executive Session To Receive A Legal Briefing from the
        County Attorney. (The Executive Session, If Approved By Council, Will Be Held After All
        Business Matters Have Been Completed.)
