The Sumter County Delinquent Tax Sale is held once a year on the first Monday of November beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the Sumter County Council Chambers. Located on the third floor.
Delinquent Tax Sale - Bidder Instructions
The Tax Sale is held in accordance to S.C. Code of Laws Title 12 Section 51.
