The Office of Probate Court is responsible for the following activities:
Probate Estate of Deceased Persons.
Processing forms for Involuntary commitments to institutions for the care and treatment of mentally ill, mentally retarted, alcohol and drug addition individuals.
Set up guardianships and conservatorships for incompentent adults and minors who have property valued in excess of $10,000.00.
Issuance of marriage licenses.
